Colton & Morgan

Friday night we were able to watch Colton (Morgan's brother if you ask her!!) Kristi & Nick needed a date night and Neal went to the rainy football game, so Morgan & I decided to babysit! Colton is such a good baby and Morgan LOVES playing with him! She constantly loves to touch him and constantly talks about him when he isn't with us! It was fun and hopefully we can watch him again soon!!!

Daddy...I want a horsie!

Last Football Game

Football season is almost done (well games are done but we have a team party, films and a coach's party yet)! The last night we were thankful for such beautiful weather! Neal's team had a great season 5-0-1! I know Neal enjoyed this kids again (this was his 2nd year with them!) We look forward to watching this group play in the years to come! Morgan & I are also thankful to have Daddy home again at night!!! :)

Morgan doing what she does best at football games...eating popcorn

Neal has a ton of coaches on staff with him (some are former players)! They all love Morgan! She was giving "Uncle" Nate a high five
Final game talk...wish you could see Morgan better!

I wish I would have gotten a better picture but right before this Morgan was high fiving some of the players! It was too cute! She thought she was big stuff!Roo & Denise were able to come to the last game! We won't hold it against them that they live in Hudsonville!!

Final picture of 2009!!!

Hayride, Family Pictures & Catch up!

I feel that I have been neglecting to up date! It is such a busy time for us with football that this seems to be on the back burner!

Morgan turned 27 months last week! (I know some of you think big deal...but I'm using this as a baby book too...so bear with me!!) We are amazed how quickly this goes. In 9 months we'll have a 3 year old! That's scary! She continues to talk more and more and repeats the good and the bad! We have been having issues at daycare where she cries all day! Bless Katie & Lindsey for not throwing her outside! We have changed it up this week and she seems to be doing better! She loves singing and loves being outside! She loves watching all of the tractors right now too! We got to watch a combine on Friday pick wheat! If anyone drove past and saw us sitting outside...I hope you didn't laugh too hard! Morgan has been showing us her terrible two side as well too lately! So hopefully we can get through this!! :) Within the past week she has really started to take some major interest in the potty. We had to buy Dora pull ups and she knows she needs to keep them dry! So hopefully soon we'll be done with diapers! :) We love you Morgie!
Yesterday, we had our annual hayride with my mom's family. This year we added a twist and also did a family picture. All 35 of us on a wagon...it was interesting but glad it is done! We also had some of the three of us so hopefully they turned out and we can do our Christmas picture with them! :) The hayride was fun as well. I believe this was our 9th or 10th year of doing this and the food was wonderful as well!!This is our last week of football...hard to believe it is almost done. We also finished Marro's this past weekend! We look forward to a little more family time before the cold winter comes! Enjoy your week!

You are probably wondering why are we talking about fish food! No, we didn't get a fish (actually we have "flushed" three in the past few months or according to Morgan "planted" them next to Pookie at Grandma & Grandpa VZ's house). So last week while I was cleaning I decided it was time to put the fish food away. I put it in the "catch all" drawer. Well today while I was getting ready for work, Morgan found it. She put it all over the floor and then (we think) ate some of it. When asked she said yes and said it was yummy but then decided it wasn't! I listed all of the ingredients because there are at least four ingredients that are on the gluten list. Not that anything other than a fish should be eating this! She seems fine tonight and thankfully she didn't have a reaction! We did learn that the fish food should but put in the locked cupboard! We are wondering if it will help her swim faster?? :)
