I know it has been a while since we last posted! Sorry! Also, this post won't have any pictures in it either (I will try to up load some next week! The computer is suppose to go and get fixed soon too so this won't be a problem anymore!!!!)
Labor Day weekend was kind of a blur...I worked Friday-Monday night and Neal worked Friday-Sunday night. So it was a lot of time gone and not really doing anything exciting but you have to do what you have to do! Morgan was able to spend lots of time with both Grandparents so she enjoyed that! Morgan & I spent a lot of time at the campground in Zeeland too! So we did get to enjoy some of the beautiful weather (finally in September!)
With Fall, brings football! We are in the full swing of it! Neal had his first game last night and they won! So that was good (win=happy husband!!)! Tonight Morgan & I are headed to the Zeeland/Hamilton game and then tomorrow we'll do the same! Neal has been scouting so Morgan & I go by ourself! Last week we brought Colton with us! What an adventure! Colton is 4 months old and grea baby however Morgan was having one of her days...I got a taste of two kids....ahhh! We do enjoy the football season but it is also busy!
I have been subbing in the infant program at OAC two days a week and will actually be starting a long term in a week which will bring me to Christmas! So I'm excited to be working and having something everyday! I have enjoyed being home with Morgan a lot too but ready for some structure again!
Morgan...well...she continues to amaze us! She just had her 26 month day this week and we are so proud of everything she continues to learn! She will sing her ABCs (not all letters but she is getting it!) She loves singing or listening to me sing songs! She loves to dance, read books, color and chase Boomer & Baily around! She loves pretending to talk on the phone to her buddy Colton too! We just love her to pieces!! We are seeing more of the "terrible two" sort of behaviors too but we work through them and each day is a learning day (for Mommy & Morgan!)
Yes, Baily...about two weeks ago we decided to help my cousins out and take their puppy (yes, puppy!!) 16 weeks old and full of it! She is a yellow lab/husky mix! It has been an adjustment for all of us. This is a trial and we'll see if she stays with us but Morgan has been learning how to talk to her to "teach" her how to be a good puppy! It is fun to watch Morgan interact with her!
Alright...enough! Have a great rest of the week!
